-  Формат glocal (от слов global и local) обеспечивает высокую туристическую эффективность: каждый турист, приехав в одно локальное место, получает глобальный эффект – приобщается к культуре народов примерно 30-ти стран ЕАЭС.

- The “glocal” format (combination of 2 words - global and local) ensures high tourist efficiency: each tourist, having arrived to one local place, receives a global effect of learning the culture of the nations of approximately 30 countries of the Eurasian Economic Union.

Строительство Дома по варианту «кондо-гостиница» позволяет, с одной стороны, инвестору вернуть вложения уже на стадии строительства и, с другой стороны, сделать каждый Дом образом многонациональных инвестиций в культуру и бизнес своей страны.

-  Развитие международных культурно-экономических аспектов концепции smart city.

-  Океан Сотрудничества – бренд-проект продвижения принципов ЕАЭС и финансово-банковской ассоциации ЕвроАзиатского сотрудничества (ФБА ЕАС) и финансируемых им проектов.

Способ реализации

Каждый Дом-образ – трёхстороннее государственно-частное партнерство «Россия + страна ЕАЭС + инвестор». Собранное в одном месте – бухте Новик – национальное разнообразие (архитектура, язык, кухня) стран АТР, Европы и транс-евразийского сотрудничества формирует центр силы взаимоуважения культур и качественное направление мирного социально-экономического соразвития.

Строительство и обслуживание инфраструктуры осуществляют коренные носители своей культуры. Ротация не только туристов, но и обслуживающего персонала расширяет продвижение своей культуры в Россию и, одновременно, Русского мира в другие страны.

Для всех стран равные условия: гостиница примерно на 50 номеров с обязательными элементами – национальная архитектура снаружи, культурный центр и кухня внутри. Все Дома одной высоты от уровня моря.

Сплошной пляж по побережью полуострова Сапёрный в б. Новик – большая площадка для событийного туризма в масштабе ЕАЭС.

Архитектурная, культурная, социальная уникальность инфраструктуры обеспечивает высокую рентабельность кластера, его инвестиционную эффективность. Суммарная вместимость гостиниц – примерно 3 000 человек. Пропускная туристическая способность для жителей и гостей города, внутренних и внешних туристов – более 10 000 человек в день.

По международным меркам – это небольшой инфраструктурный проект. В материальной сфере – всего лишь локализация малого и среднего ресторанно-гостиничного и туристического бизнеса. Но объединение усилий многих стран и национального бизнеса для успеха общего дела обеспечивает глобальную капитализацию в нематериальной сфере всего проекта и каждого из его участников.

Method of implementation

Every House-model is a tripartite public-private partnership "Russia + the country of the EAEU + investor".

Collected in one place – Novik Bay ‑ national diversity (architecture, language, cuisine) of the APR countries, Europe and trans-Eurasian cooperation forms the center of mutual respect of cultures and a qualitative vector of peaceful socio-economic mutual development.

The construction and maintenance of infrastructure are carried out by the native speakers of their culture. The rotation both of tourists and operating staff expands the promotion of their culture to Russia and, at the same time, the Russian world to other countries.

For all countries there are equal conditions: the hotel has approximately 50 rooms with an obligatory elements of the national architecture outside and the cultural center and the kitchen inside.

All Houses are of the same height from the sea level. A solid beach along the coast of the Saperny peninsula in the Novik Bay is a large platform for event tourism on the scale of the Eurasian Economic Union.

The architectural, cultural and social uniqueness of the infrastructure ensures high profitability of the cluster, its investment efficiency. The total capacity of hotels is about 3 000 people. The acceptance rate of tourist, both residents and visitors of the city, internal and external tourists - more than 10 00 people a day.

It is a small infrastructure project by international standards. In the material sphere it is only the localization of small and medium-sized restaurant, hotel and tourism business. But combining the efforts of many countries and national business for the success of the joint activity ensures global capitalization in the non-material sphere of the entire project and each of its participants.

Круглогодичная туристическая привлекательность и наполненность гостиниц не только на о. Русский, но всей агломерации Свободного порта Владивосток, включая затянувшийся долгострой пятизвёздных Хаятов.

Соседство Домов-образов стран ЕАЭС на одном полуострове с ДВФУ позволяет иностранным студентам чувствовать себя как дома – без отрыва от своей культуры. А также работать и заниматься бизнесом без отрыва от учебы. Это способствует взаимному росту капитализации образовательной функции ДВФУ и культурно-рекреационной функции кластера ЕАЭС. Усиление роли ДВФУ в качестве брендообразующего объекта образа новой России и новой международной архитектуры.

Горизонтальность расположения (на уровне моря) инфраструктуры позволяет сформировать удобные общественные пространства для массовых мероприятий, событийного туризма и прогулочные маршруты для всех людей, включая детей, стариков и людей с ограниченными физическими возможностями.

Территория «Океана Сотрудничества» – демо-площадка технопарка ДВФУ. Это место экологических видов транспорта и источников энергии.
